Common Problem

We rehearse first after a customer places an order to ensure we can deliver within 72. If you do not receive your video, please check your email, including the spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your video, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it at the earliest opportunity.
We will send the video to your email address as soon as the filming is complete.
Our standard delivery time is 2-3 days. To ensure the quality of each video, our team can only shoot a small number of orders per day. If you don't need a blessing video yet, please also try to book in advance ......... (There are already many customers preparing videos for Christmas) If your order is urgent, please choose the expedited option and we will send it to your email within 24 hours.
It's very easy, you just need to follow the process on the purchase page to enter your information. 1 Enter what you would like to write on the board and we will warmly send you a blessing (60 words or less) 2 Upload your favourite photo (Our team will be running a campaign where you can now order a photo for free, if you don't need one, please ignore). 3 Upload music if you want to specify it.
