A physical product sample is required only when the product needs to appear in the video. If the approved creative concept does not require us to film or demonstrate the physical product, you do not need to send a sample.
Please do not ship any product until your project and shipping details have been confirmed with our team.
The client is responsible for all costs related to sending the product to our production team, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and any other charges that may apply.
These costs are not included in the video production price.
Yes. We can arrange to return the product from Africa after filming.
The client is responsible for the return shipping fee, customs duties, import taxes and any other costs related to returning the product. Please let us know before production begins if you would like the product returned.
Yes. You can participate in the development of the creative concept and script.
We can communicate online to discuss your product, target audience, advertising goals, key selling points and preferred creative direction. The main concept and script will be confirmed before filming begins.
No. Clients cannot attend the filming location or participate in the production in person.
All project communication, script discussions, approvals and feedback are handled online. Our local production team manages the performers, location and filming process.
The quoted video price includes the agreed production services, such as filming costs, performer fees, location costs, production time and standard video editing.
Additional costs may apply for product shipping, customs duties, taxes, special props, complex locations, extra video versions, reshooting or requirements outside the approved project scope.
If a physical product sample is required, production is normally completed within 3–5 business days after the product has arrived and the final script has been approved.
If no physical product sample is required, production is normally completed within 3–5 business days after the order, creative direction and script have been confirmed.
Filming begins after the project requirements, creative direction and script have been confirmed.
If a physical product is required, filming will begin after the product has arrived and has been checked by our production team.
Reasonable editing adjustments can be discussed after delivery. However, changes to an approved script, product, performance or creative direction that require new filming may result in an additional production fee.
Any additional cost will be confirmed before reshooting begins.
