Why haven't I seen the video three days after ordering? We rehearse first after a customer places an order to ensure we can deliver within 72. If you do not receive your video, please check your email, including the spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your video, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it at the earliest opportunity.
What can & cannot be said in the video message? We want you to be genuine with your message but please do not use any profanity or talk about relicion, politics, or other sensitive topics. We truly appreciate it!
Does the shoutout have to be English? Can l order the message shoutout in other languages？ We have a premium A.I text-to-voice technology that will record your message in the language you provided with the correct accent and dialect. (*we do not use Google translate recordings) We will then play the recorded message for our cast crew so that they can shout it out in your language.
How will I receive my video?? We will send the video to your email address as soon as the filming is complete.
When can I expect to receive my order? Our standard delivery time is 2-3 days. To ensure the quality of each video, our team can only shoot a small number of orders per day. If you don't need a blessing video yet, please also try to book in advance ......... (There are already many customers preparing videos for Christmas) If your order is urgent, please choose the expedited option and we will send it to your email within 24 hours.
How do I place an order?
